1.This is a sale in execution pursuant to a judgement obtained in the above honorable court
2. The rules of the Auction are available 24 hours prior to the auction at the office of the Sheriff Melmoth, Unit 6 Downing Place, 63 Piet Retief Street, Melmoth.
3. Registration as a Buyer is a pre-requisite subject to specific conditions, inter alia;
