LOST OR DESTROYED DEED Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of the Certificate of Registered Title Number T6564/1961 in favour of the UMHLATHUZE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY in respect of ERF 460 EMPANGENI REGISTRATION DIVISION GU PROVINCE OF KWAZULU-NATAL in extent 1,3933 hectares which has been lost or destroyed.
All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds: Pietermaritzburg, High Court Building, 300 Pietermaritz Street, Pietermaritzburg within two weeks from the date of this publication of this notice.
