NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR REZONING Notice is hereby given in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act No. 16 of 2013), read with the uMlalazi Municipal Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By-law, that Pondwane Enterprises Trust (Trust No. IT 2048/00), being the registered owner of the property, intends to pursue an application to uMlalazi Local Municipality for the amendment of the applicable Land Use Scheme as follows:

PURPOSE OF APPLICATION: To regularise the established student accommodation use.
