To each and every one who so generously supported Mtunzini Primary’s Grade 7 grandparents’ fund-raiser, a very big thank you.
It was an amazing, relaxed evening and with your support, we were able to exceed our goal and raise an incredible R12 850 for our Grade 7s.
The star of our evening, cricketer Dale Benkenstein, proved to be both entertaining and enlightening as he regaled us with tales revolving around the game of cricket, which so many of us are so passionate about.
Dale gave us two shirts to raffle – one signed by the Australian captain Michael Clark which was won by David Lawrie, as well as a Proteas shirt signed by David Miller, which went to Nicholas Bennett.
