Packing a mega-punch

Megaforce Black Belt Academy scoop podium

THE Megaforce Black Belt Academy lived up to its name, spreading ‘mega-punches’ at the recent South African Taekwondo Club Championships held in Pretoria, where all students scooped podium finishes.

Packing in some dynamite and force, the students stepped up to the plate to perform and made their instructor proud.

Lisa Dobson earned a third place for her kata and weapons, whilst Angelique Grundlingh fought her way to the top to claim first place for fighting and second for forms and weapons.

Lungelo Ngobese scooped first place for forms and weapons after a perfect execution, and second spot for fighting.

Aaryan Poorun had an awesome run when he took first place for forms and third in fighting.

Young Rudhra Poorun packed a mean punch after landing first in fighting and third in forms.
