CRAIG Smith and Mike Edge carded 48 points to edge out MC Sibiya and T Mkhalithi by one point in the Combined Christian Churches golf day held at the Empangeni Country Club on Saturday.

A total of 50 golfers geared up and took to the greens in superb weather conditions to follow a 4 Ball Better Ball Stableford format over 18 holes.

3 Brian Goddard and Mick Furby 47 points
