Calling all anglers for Mtunzini festive family fishing day

Community encouraged to participate in annual Family Fishing Day in Mtunzini

Mtunzini Angling Club invites the community to its annual Family Fishing Day on Sunday, 14 December.

Participants can choose to fish the lagoon or take part in the Turkey Trot, with loads of prizes up for grabs.

Registration opens at 5.30am at uMlalazi Ski Boat Club. Scales close at 12 noon, followed by prize-giving at 1pm. Entry is R50 per person.

Families can also enjoy a visit from Santa, who will be at the Ski Boat Club from around 2pm. Parents may bring a small gift (maximum value R150) for Santa to hand out.

A braai pack will be available at the Ski Boat Club, so bring the family and enjoy a fun day next to the water.
