Missing Mtunzini cat’s owners increase reward
Community help is sought to find beloved cat, Snowy, who went missing last weekend in Mtunzini
An Mtunzini couple whose cat Snowy went missing last Saturday have upped their initial R15k reward to R20 000.
“It is not just a missing cat, she is our child. Please help us find her,” pleaded Christopher and Kiki Elsworth.
Despite no sightings of Snowy since she went missing, the Elsworths are following leads and have not given up hope.
Without children, the couple has shared their home for the last nine years with the shy, snow white feline who entered their lives as a rescue cat, bringing with her love and affection.
Snowy was last observed on CCTV on Saturday, underneath the neighbours’ blue Ford Ranger.
“We suspect she may have hitched a ride, which she has done previously in another vehicle, and could have accompanied them to SPAR and then to the slipway.”
About 11 years old, Snowy has distinct ears after some surgery.
