Langaville gets a new library
Residents of Langaville will soon be able to use their new library.
Langaville learners will no longer have to travel long distances to use Tsakane and KwaThema libraries as a new library centre has been completed and will be opened on March 23.
Metro’s spokesman, Themba Gadebe says in keeping up with the e-learning approach, the R15-million facility will give learners the opportunity to use free internet services for their school research work.
“Ekurhuleni’s state of the art building boasts adult and children study sections, a reference section and a designated study space for students studying at tertiary institutions as well as an auditorium,” said Gadebe.
He believes that the library will also contribute to the education of children in the nearby early childhood development centres because of the special toy library feature fitted in the library structure.
