Traditional healer wants to cure Hiv /Aids

Martina Zondi, originally from KwaZulu-Natal became a traditional healer in 1975 before receiving the calling to cure HIV/Aids.

Zondi says HIV/Aids is a curse and punishment brought by the kings of the world and God because of human beings no longer following their heritage and it’s customs.

She says her ancestors told her to start fighting the spread of HIV/Aids as it’s her main calling in healing people.

According to Zondi people who are infected and affected by the disease are to apologise to the ancestors and God by giving her an offering (money) so she can go to the ocean and do a ritual on behalf of human kind so the virus can be cured.

She explains she must go with a Bishop from Shembe’s church, a chief and four girls to help her perform the ritual.

Zondi says even prophets in her church have been pleading with her to start using her gift as soon as possible.

In her conclusion she says it is sad that we live in a society where people are in fear because of this disease.
