Capt Mandla Phori, spokesman for KwaThema police, says the man allegedly raped his 27-year-old neighbour on May 10.
According to the statement given by the victim to police, the man called her to his home and took her inside his bedroom.
Phori says the man then raped the victim and instructed her to leave his room.
“The suspect will appear soon in the KwaThema Magistrate Court for rape,” concludes Phori.
