Siphiwe Mbatha dies at 45
KwaThema - Siphiwe 'Blackson' Mbatha died on June 9 at the age of 45.
Mbatha was born on June 7, 1970, in Springs.
He matriculated at the Laban Mothlabi Comprehensive School before furthering his education at the East Rand College of Education in 1996, where he attained his teaching diploma.
Mbatha started teaching at Tlamoha Technical College as a mathematics teacher, and then later worked for Telkom.
He was a member of the KwaThema Youth Association and the KwaThema Youth Development Forum.
At the time of his death, Mbatha was a salesmann at Body Quest Health and also a fitness trainer.
Mbatha is survived by his two children, Gugu and Siyabonga.
He will be laid to rest tomorrow (Saturday).
The service will start at 8am in the KwaThema Hall and the cortège will leave for the Vlakfontein Cemetery at 11am.
