‘Let’s fight crime together’ – say police

Tsakane – The local police would like to thank the community of Tsakane for their efforts in ensuring that crime dropped over the Easter holidays.

“Over the Easter weekend our crime around Tsakane went down and, as the police, we would like to thank the community for taking extra precautions in this regard.

“It shows that our residents put more measures into the prevention of crimes, like house breakings and theft, assault and hijacking,” says Tsakane police spokesman Capt Petros Mabuza.

He encouraged locals to work with them in the fight against crime, by limiting the opportunity of criminals to commit misdeeds.
