Duduza – EMPD First Respond Unit Officers patrolling the Tsakane area recovered an abandoned Toyota Hilux double-cab (LDV) in the parking area of the Tsakane Mall on Modjadji Road on Thursday.

EMPD acting spokesperson Kobeli Mokheseng says the eye-hawked officers noticed the vehicles-tracker SAPS chopper/helicopter hovering above and around the shopping complex.

“This was before we received a notice through our two-way radio to be on the lookout for the stolen white Toyota Hilux.
