Tsakane – Four men arrested in connection with the break-in at Menzi Primary School will appear before the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court for a bail hearing on Thursday.
This is after the bail hearing was postponed for the second time last week Tuesday for further investigations.
The accused were arrested after 22 tablets and three laptops which are believed to be some of the goods stolen from the school were recovered from the men’s store days after the school was broken into on January 15.
The suspects are facing charges of theft after stolen tablets were found in their shop on the corner of Mooi and Helen Joseph streets in Johannesburg a week later.

Tsakane police spokesperson Sgt Lerato Mngomezulu says the accused are remanded in police custody until their next appearance.
Meanwhile, three suspects were arrested in Vosloorus for being in possession of suspected stolen school stationery over the weekend.
They will appear before the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court soon.
Mngomezulu says at the moment the police have found no link between these men and the supplies stolen from Menzi Primary School.
“The investigations are still underway and we are calling on anyone with information who could help track other suspects’ whereabouts to come forward,” she adds.
