Gugwelihle Ngwenya prepares to go shopping.

You can do them while at the mall, in the comfort of your own home or while waiting for your favourite shops to open.

You can do this by stretching, doing some arm swings, shoulder rotation and hip rotation.

The advantage of warming up, besides the fact that it prepares your entire body for the exercise, is that it decreases your chances of pulling a muscle, joint pains and any chance of an injury.

With that out of the way, let’s get straight into it.

Jog on the spot.

Being physically and mentally fit is the only way to ensure you get everything you need this Black Friday.

You can do this exercise before you head out for your shopping or while waiting for the shops to open.

And if you are not too shy, you can do it while queuing to go pay for your items.

The only advice I would give regarding this exercise is ensuring you wear a good pair of shoes.
