Centre feeds children during water shortage in Kwa-Thema
The centre is pleading with local businesses to assist with sponsorship to keep the programme afloat.
Kwa-Thema – Bambanani NGO served hearty meals to children in Kwa-Thema recently after a week-long water shortage in the area.
Lerato Monakisi said they serve meals to vulnerable children in Kwa-Thema regularly.

“We knew that a lot of homes didn’t have water and this made it hard to prepare food. We thought it would be a good idea to ensure they received a healthy meal.
“We are happy we could reach a good number of children in the area and are working to expand the initiative to other areas,” she explained.
