Beauty contestant needs your vote

Tsakani – Beauty pageant contestant Nosipho Msiza (34) is in a race to be crowned Ms Curvybody South Africa.
The pageant is aimed at curvaceous women in South Africa, focusing on beauty, wellness and health, as well as women and youth development social uplifting projects.
The community activist said she entered the pageant as she resonates with its objectives.
“I entered because I resonate with what the pageant stands for, which is to bring awareness to the issues of body shaming, body positivity and healthy self-esteem.
“Growing up, I was body shamed. It took great resilience for me to shake off the shackles of the past and to learn how to appreciate myself.
“I first had to learn my body love language and understand how to dress this body that houses my soul,” she explained.

The image consultant is pleading with community members to vote for her. To vote for her, readers can visit the Pageant Vote Africa Online’s website.
“People need to vote daily until the end of March.
“The system only allows one vote per day.
“I’m requesting that the public vote for me because I am an entrepreneur, humanitarian non-communicable diseases champion and tobacco control champion.
“I am passionate about health and wellness, promoting healthy lifestyles with love for people, and serving the community as my base,” said Msiza.

Her vision and dream are for a better society that is free of poverty and unemployment.
“Winning the pageant will enable me to establish the Nosipho Msiza Foundation and promote gender equality through collaborative efforts with relevant skills, resources and knowledge.
“It will also enable me to strengthen relationships with local government, non-government organisations and private sector for resource development and skills enhancement for sustainable community development towards an empowered community that will play a positive role regarding self-confidence, economic freedom and business development,” she stated.
