Police wage war against drugs

Police take war against drugs to Asser Maloka Secondary School.

Duduza – Police took the campaign against drugs to Asser Maloka Secondary School on Thursday.

This was under the headline, Ke Moja without Drugs.

Duduza police spokesperson Sergeant Harry Manaka said they are waging a war against drugs in local schools.

This initiative was a joint programme with SANCA, SNC (NGO), Youth Desk, and Community Safety to encourage learners to keep to their studies and be ambassadors of safety.

SANCA presented measures to prevent drug abuse and services available to assist those affected. And the recovering addicts shared testimonials and encouraged learners to reject any enticements on drugs.
