Apply for housing land

Kwatsaduza – Residents earning between R3 500 to R7 000 a month are encouraged to apply for free housing land at the Kwa-Thema CCC.

Ngoti Development Consultants have sent their consultants to assist with applications. The duration of when they will be available is unknown.

Documents required are:

• Payslip or three months’ bank statement
• ID copy
• Beneficiary certificate or ID copy.
• Applicants must not be home or land owners.
• Anyone from Gauteng is encouraged to apply.
