Two businesses win competition

Tsakane Mall hosted a business competition for young entrepreneurs. The businesses had to be registered and operational for 12 months or more.

They recently announced and handed prizes to the two winners.

First place went to Toca Essentials, which manufactures wellness oils and body care products using essential oils and indigenous herbs.

The business owner, Lebo Skhosana, manufactures the products herself.

Barbeque Assembly Food Café, a grilled food brand, came second.

The business has been operational since 2021, and owner Vusi Mabena runs it.
