Kwa-Thema Women’s Day Fun Run brings community together through fitness and empowerment

The Sunday Crew Health and Fitness, in partnership with local businesses and volunteers, hosted a vibrant Women’s Day event in Kwa-Thema, celebrating fitness, empowerment, and community spirit.

Kwa-Thema – The Sunday Crew Health and Fitness hosted a successful Women’s Day event in partnership with EAO Volunteers, KKK SHISANYAMA, Mgazi Exclusive Lounge, and Tshipinoto.

“Here’s to empowering each other and crushing our fitness goals together. We are looking forward to more community members at our next event on November 30,” said Phumla Boloang.

She also thanked the volunteers and participants for making the Women’s Day fun run/walk a success.

“Your incredible support, hard work, energy, enthusiasm, and sisterhood made the day truly unforgettable,” she added.

The event celebrated fitness, empowerment, and community spirit, bringing together locals for a memorable day of fun, health, and connection.
