Springs Military and Mine Museum adds historic WWII G1 artillery

Following a nine-hour journey from Camden Military Base in Ermelo, a set of World War Two G1 guns has been delivered to the Springs Military and Mine Museum.

The Springs Military and Mine Museum is now home to a set of G1 guns from World War Two. After a nine-hour road trip to Camden Military Base in Ermelo, the guns were safely transported on Wednesday.

Three companies, Mini-Maxi Engineering, SUMP Spares and Mackays Engineering donated the use of their trucks for the project.

The founder of the museum, Tony da Cruz, thanked them for their continuous support.
