Duduza Masters cruise past All Nation with a 5–1 Victory
Duduza Masters continue their winning momentum with a dominant display in the Kwatsaduza League.
Tsakani – Masters teams played their Kwatsaduza League games at Bohman Ground on October 26. Duduza Masters delivered an impressive performance against All Nation, dominating the match from the start.
Coach Jerold Smith praised his players’ focus and execution, particularly in a strong first-half display that set the tone.
“The plan was to take advantage of the wind in the opening half and push All Nation’s defence deep. It worked very well,” said Smith.
Duduza Masters capitalised early, scoring twice while All Nation were still settling into the game. They went on to score four goals in the first half, putting constant pressure on their opponents.
“I think the first half went very well because the opposition were still sleepy. We aimed to play balls behind their defence and make them run.
“We only made a few mistakes such as hitting the ball too hard, but overall, the boys executed well,” Smith explained.
In the second half, All Nation came out stronger, prompting Smith to make substitutions.
“They were pressing us hard, so we changed the left back, bringing in a natural left-footed player to strengthen that side and push them back. We used counterattacks to score more goals,” he said.
Duduza Masters now sit atop the league and aim to maintain their position until the end of the season. Smith said he was proud of his players, noting their commitment and hunger over the past few weeks.

The match concluded with a 5-1 victory for Duduza Masters. All Nations coach George Nkoana admitted his team was unprepared in the first half.
“We allowed our opponents to score the first two goals due to clumsy mistakes. The second half was better as we tried to maintain focus,” said Nkoana.
He also cited the challenge of playing with insufficient players.
“Many players had other commitments or work. We had to play with a reduced squad. The team is moving in the right direction; we just need consistency and to avoid distractions,” he added.
Nkoana concluded by saying he would encourage all players to make themselves available for league games on Sundays.
