Body Transformation motivates Kwa-Thema residents to stay fit this festive season

Body Transformation is encouraging Kwa-Thema residents to kick-start healthy habits before the year ends, offering free weekly walks and aerobics classes to promote an active lifestyle.

Body Transformation in Kwa-Thema is on a mission to get the community active and healthy as the festive season approaches.

The gym is offering residents the chance to kick-start healthy habits before the year ends.

“We want to get people active. We want to show them how easy it is to stay in shape,” said fitness trainer and consultant Bonginkosi Dyakopu, who is also the founder of Body Transformation.

Thanks to Dyakopu and his team, Saturday mornings begin with a 3km walk, followed by an aerobics class.

“We also offer another free class on Wednesday evenings at 6pm,” he added.

The Saturday walk starts at 08:00 on Makenta Street in White City, while the aerobics classes take place at the gym, located in the Usave building.

Residents are encouraged to join and make use of the free sessions to stay healthy and active during the festive season.
