Things shaping up at Kwa-Thema Cricket Hub

KFC Mini-Cricket has also started at the Kwa-Thema Cricket Hub.

Kwa-Thema – The Kwa-Thema Cricket Hub has been back on the pitch for over a month.
Head coach Tebogo Gaduka said things started off slowly but are now shaping up.
“Children have been coming even though it’s not all of them, as we send messages to the schools to alert them to come to practise.
“Others do not get the message as they’ll not be at school on the day of the announcement calling for them to come to practise.
“We started playing our school league games. Unfortunately, we’ve lost all of our games so far because children have not been practising.
“The results of matches are determined by their determination and practise attendance.
“We need children aged five to six years for our u-8 side. The club season is starting in the first week of October and we can really do with the minors to teach them foundation phase cricket,” said the coach.
