Each police station covers separate areas that are divided into sectors.
• Alberton SAPS sector one covers the area from Southcrest to Alrode. The sector patrol can be called on 071 675 6871 or 071 675 6874.
• Newmarket, Alberton North, Verwoerdpark and Florentia falls under sector two. The patrol vehicle can be reached by phoning 071 675 6873 or 071 675 6875.
• Sector three encompasses the Roodekop area up to Rondebult, Leondale and Roodekop Industrial. The number for this sector is 071 675 6876 or 071 675 6877.
• The sector commanders can be reached on 072 3011537, 079 890 8396 and 0776 635 5305 for sector one, two and three respectively.
