Two suspects arrested for dagga

The suspects were found in possession of 13 packets of dagga.

Brackendowns SAPS arrested two suspects on April 7 for possession of dagga.

“Information was received through our CPF of a rastaman that sells dagga in Sector One,” said WO Gerhard Cornelius, spokesperson for Brackendowns SAPS.

“Our Vispol commander joined forces with the CPF, Fox Security and ADT Security and proceeded to the address in question.”

Upon their arrival, two African men were found and the officers searched them. Packets of dagga were found on both men. The first was carrying eight packets and the second five. These were confiscated and handed in as evidence.

The two suspects were arrested and taken to Brackendowns SAPS where a case was opened against them.
