Alberton SAPS has managed to trace and arrest a foreign national who allegedly assaulted a complainant in the Alberton SAPS policing precinct.
According to Capt Manare Ramotshela, Alberton SAPS’ acting station commander Lt Col Robert Makopo gladly welcomed the arrest.
“Community members are encouraged to come forward with information of any criminal activity taking place in the community and to also join the local CPF. The community will always be our eyes and ears,” said Ramotshela.
The arrestee will soon appear at the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court.
