Dinwiddie Women’s Agriculture Union donate blankets to Stepping Stone Hospice

A big donation to keep the Stepping Stone Hospice patients warm on cold days.

Dinwiddie Women’s Agriculture Union (WAU) members recently visited Stepping Stone Hospice to hand over donations of blankets.

The women did this as part of the South African WAU’s blanket project, which represents a national project.

“A big thank you to Tersia Burger, the staff and all the volunteers of Stepping Stone Hospice for doing what they do. Helping and transforming the lives of others.

“We thank you for all the work you do and the love and care you provide to all your patients and their families, whether it is at home or in the in-patient unit. You are a blessing to all your patients, their family members and loved ones.

“May you grow from strength to strength and your vision for Stepping Stone Hospice materialise. Our love and prayers will always be with you,” said the Dinwiddie WAU chairperson Magriet van der Walt.
