Alberton High kickstarts spring with technological use

Alberton High School has welcomed the new season by introducing technological use for learners.

To welcome the new season, Alberton High School welcomed the introduction of digital technology on September 1.

According to Lizelle de Bruin, a teacher at the school, learners will be equipped with the skills and knowledge of computing abilities.

This includes office administration applications and infrastructure, as well as components that enable modern computing (ICT).

“Digital technology is the use of computers, applications and internet technologies. This is to enable users to communicate, create, store, distribute and manage information, as well as to solve real-life problems. This will be done through using appropriate tools and techniques,” said de Bruin.

At Caxton, we employ humans to generate daily fresh news, not AI intervention. Happy reading!
