Nzimande matter postponed

Sphesihle Floyd Nzimande's fraud matter was postponed to February 8 for further disclosure of the docket to take place.

Alberton based businessman Sphesihle Floyd Nzimande appeared in the Specialised Financial Crimes Court sitting in Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on January 31.

Nzimande faces charges of fraud and contravening the tax administration act by allegedly submitting false tax returns to the value of R1.8-million.

The matter was postponed to February 8 for further disclosure of the docket to take place. Nzimande remains out on bail of R20 000.
