• Draw/paint pictures and compose poems to present ways in which people show compassion and kindness to animals, care for, and affect their lives in positive ways.
• A good poster/poem grabs the attention and has a message. Remember a slogan or title may also help in making the message clear.
• Your original pictures may be in any medium e.g., paint, pastel, ink, crayon etc. on either A2, A3 or A4 paper.
• Not framed or folded.
• No electronic entries.
• Be as creative as possible, keep your poster bold, striking, and original and have fun.
• Your original poems may be in any style, in any of the 11 official languages and between four and 16 lines.
• Be careful, copyright laws apply, do not copy.
• Electronic entries are welcome.
Remember to clearly print on your picture/poem:
• Your name and surname
• Your age
• Entry category (1/2/3/4) and your school grade
• School’s name and your parent(s) / the school’s telephone number
