Non-alcoholic sangria

For the holiday party season, this non-alcoholic sangria is the perfect go-to cocktail. It’s a great summer option for families and children.

The recipe makes two liters in just 15 minutes, making it a great mocktail alternative for parties.

Ingredients:

• Two punnets (150g each) berry mix

• Three punnets (150g each) seasonal fruit mix

• One grapefruit or orange, sliced

• Two kiwis, peeled and sliced (optional)

• Handful fresh blueberries

• Handful mint leaves

• Four cups (1L) ice tea or apple juice

• Juice (120ml) of 2 lemons

• Three. cups (750ml) sugar-free tonic water or soda water

• Floral or fruity ice cubes, for garnish

Method:

1. Combine fruit, mint, ice tea or juice and lemon juice in a large punch bowl and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

2. Top up sangria with tonic or soda water just before serving.

3. Ladle into serving glasses and garnish with ice cubes.
