LISTEN: Mlethwa’s song applauds Amabhokobhoko for their historic win

Amabhokobhoko stole many hearts with their win against New Zealand.

Local Maskandi artist, Mlethwa Majola’s new offering is inspired by Amabhokobhoko’s win over New Zealand last month.

Mlethwa recently released a single called Amabhokobhoko, a song dedicated to the national rugby team. He said music is what he loves.

“This song is about Amabhokobhoko’s win. I like to praise good things. This is history for them as no one gave them a chance to come back with the Webb Ellis trophy. It has been a tough four years.

“The song talks about how other people didn’t even know how rugby is played but they love it. The game stole many people’s hearts. I love how they are so dedicated to their work and that united us as a nation,” he said.
