In a heartwarming display of appreciation and kindness, Doxa Deo Meyersdal treated the staff of Stepping Stone Hospice to a special Christmas celebration.
The gathering was a testament to the spirit of the season, as Doxa Deo Meyersdal honoured the remarkable work of the Hospice’s nurses and admin staff.
Doxa Deo Meyersdal handed out 37 goodie bags filled with chocolates, tea, cold drinks, and sweets, as a small token of appreciation for the staff’s compassionate care and unwavering support for patients and families.
The staff also enjoyed delicious snacks, savouring the tasty treats and warm hospitality.
According to Rene Cloete of Doxa Deo Meyersdal, this act of kindness is a long-standing tradition.
“We come to the Hospice every second month to bless the staff,” she said.
This thoughtful gesture is a reminder that kindness and generosity can make a difference in the lives of others.
