Sheldon Terry’s case laid over again

Sheldon Terry is expected to be back again in the Booysens Magistrate's Court on September 8.

Sheldon Terry (44) appeared before the Booysens Magistrate’s Court again on fraud charges on August 24.

Terry first appeared before the court on December 21, 2021, where he was granted bail worth R5 000.

His counsel and lawyer were asked to submit representations before the matter was resumed.

As requested by the magistrate, the attorney brought forward the representations and the matter was further postponed to September 8.

The matter was postponed because the prosecutor asked for two weeks to verify the submitted documents by the attorney.
