Brackendowns police are investigating a case of murder after the body of an unknown man was found in open veld on JG Strydom Street, Alrode, on September 10 at about 10:45.
Security patrol makes gruesome discovery
A security officer patrolling the area discovered the body, which had visible blood on the upper torso, and alerted the authorities. Preliminary investigations indicate the man suffered gunshot wounds to his upper body.
