Entries now open for Alberton’s famous pageant
The entries for Mr and Miss Alberton 2023 are officially open.
The Mr and Miss Alberton organisation is looking for young men and women of every shape and size from Alberton and surrounds to join the pageant.
“We are looking for individuals who are bold, fearless leaders willing to use their title to instil change, not only in Alberton but in South Africa at large,” said Karabo Lerato, the event organiser.
The pageant journey aims to improve the contestants’ public speaking skills, instil confidence and better their stage presence.
“During the journey, we will have activities such as seminars, philanthropy work, gym sessions and much more,“ said Lerato.
The categories are:
• Mr Alberton (ages 16 – 27)
• Miss Alberton (ages 18 – 27)
• Miss Alberton Curve (ages 16 – 27)
• Miss Alberton Teen (ages 13-18)
• Miss Alberton Junior (ages 7-12)
