Heal Better reaches out to help oncology centres

Over 120 ladies attended the Heal Better event that was held in Rietvlei Zoo.

Local NPC, Heal Better, hosted a ladies’ brunch at Rietvlei Zoo, Butterfly Hall, on May 6.

The event was aimed at raising cancer awareness in society plus collecting cancer packs and cancer kits for patients in the oncology centres in hospitals.

Heal Better’s mission is to assist the vulnerable and underprivileged individuals that are diagnosed with cancer as they believe no human should ever suffer a loss of dignity as a result of poor health.

The event saw over 120 women attend. They enjoyed a delicious brunch and motivational talks. Goodie bags and prizes were up for grabs.

Everyone enjoyed the day.
