City of Ekurhuleni calls for residents to comment on Child Care Centre policy

In order to make sure that rules and regulations put on the Ekurhuleni's Child Care Centre policy caters for everyone's needs, the city calls for residents to comment on the police.

The City of Ekurhuleni encourages its stakeholders to provide feedback on the development of the City’s Child Care Centre policy between May 6 and June 6.

This policy intends to govern and control the activities of Ekurhuleni’s Child Care Centres through set norms and standards, ensuring compliance with safety and health criteria and improving the correct establishment of these centres. The policy will also consider measures to improve the application process.

This draft policy is available electronically at www.ekurhuleni.gov.za and physically at selected city’s Customer Care Centres (CCC) during office hours.

Comments can be made via the city’s website or at the office of the area manager during office hours at the Alberton Customer Care Centre, 11th Floor, Alberton Civic Centre, Alwyn Taljaard Street, New Redruth.
