Grace Trinity School for Girls receives heartfelt thanks from Alberton Lions Club

Grace Trinity School for Girls donated 220 gifts to the Alberton Lions Club, bringing joy to the club's beneficiaries.

Alberton Lions Club is grateful to Grace Trinity School for Girls scholars and their parents for their donations to the club which will, in turn, bless the beneficiaries they support.

Grace Trinity School through Lauren Howroyd, chose Alberton Lions Club as their beneficiary for the Christmas gifts collected from their scholars and parents over this festive season.

Well over 220 gifts were collected and these gifts were handed out to the five creches, places of safety and the feeding scheme that Alberton Lions Club continues to support throughout the year.

“This donation was indeed a miracle that was realised by our members when we handed the gifts out to the kiddies at the creches. The smiles, joy and gratitude expressed by our recipients were both heartwarming and humbling,” said Sandra Human, Alberton Lions’ secretary.

“Knowing that through Grace Trinity’s initiative, these kids have started the festive season in a positive light filled with the joy associated with the spirit of Christmas.

“We as Alberton Lions are so proud to be associated with Grace Trinity School for Girls in making a positive difference in our community. May our partnership continue for a long time.”
