Nominate Albertonians for outstanding contributions in the Alberton community
The Cantare Alberton Community Awards 2025 is an annual event that recognises and celebrates outstanding contributions within the Alberton community.
This prestigious awards ceremony highlights individuals, community organisations, and initiatives that have made a meaningful impact, fostered social change, and promoted community engagement.
Nominations are now open.
Do you know someone who has made a significant difference in Alberton? Nominate them today.
The deadline for submissions is February 7.
Nomination requirements:
To nominate a candidate, submit the following:
• A one-page biography (BIO) of the nominee.
• A camera-ready photo of the nominee.
• A one-page typed narrative, answering these key questions:
– What significant change in their community has the nominee demonstrated?
– What positive influences has the nominee had in bringing about change or healing for the betterment of the community?
– Who in the community has benefited from the nominee’s contributions?
Each nominee must exemplify the qualities and attributes associated with their nominated category.
