Alberton restaurant hosted successful Miss Diva Mom event
The venue was packed by moms of all ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds to celebrate their womanhood.
The Miss Diva Mom event took over Alberton’s Dros restaurant, in New Redruth when women from Alberton and other parts of the Gauteng province met to celebrate their womanhood.
“Miss Diva Mom is committed to empowering and celebrating mothers across South Africa by redefining traditional beauty standards. The pageant envisions a world where motherhood is honoured as a symbol of resilience, elegance, and timeless beauty while encouraging women to embrace their journeys with pride and self-love,” said Miss Diva Mom in a statement.
Miss Diva Mom’s 2025 contestants will be active participate in charity work, community projects, and other initiatives that will positively impact the various communities the contestants will be working in. Some of the contestants hail from provinces like Mpumalanga, Limpopo, and the Western Cape.
At the Alberton Dros event, contestants were visibly excited to participate in the ‘Paris walk extravaganza’, where guests, family, and friends were invited to the runway to celebrate and rub shoulders with the contestants.
