WATCH: Mini-Market brings flavour, fun and community spirit to Alberton

The grand opening of Harties Biltong & Braai and re-launch of Haiya’s Corner celebrated with food, music, adorable mascots, and local support.

On May 3, four local businesses hosted a mini-market. It was the grand opening of Harties Biltong & Braai and the Re-launch of Haiya’s Corner.

Garam Spices and Takeaway was responsible for the mouth-watering Indian cuisine and Everpure H2O for the delicious bubble-tee surprise.

LA Vita Tou Cafe was on standby with a much-needed coffee fix and Adora-Bull, an NPO, graced the event with their presence to raise awareness of this very misunderstood breed. The two mascots who visited at the event were just adorable.

Locals enjoyed themselves at the event dancing to good music and a bite of some of the best dishes for the day.

Riana Nel was the main organiser and she feels it is important to raise awareness of all the small businesses from all over, but mainly from their local town, Alberton. They are planning to host another mini-Markert soon.
