Creative Academy Group celebrates mothers
Mother’s Day 2025 was celebrated with heartwarming events across all Creative Academy campuses, each filled with love, laughter, and meaningful moments.
At the preschool on Jackson Campus, moms and their little ones stepped into a sparkly Mamma Mia-themed morning, complete with music, diamantés, and giggles.
Together, they decorated glittering sunglasses and shared joy in a beautifully styled space to reflect the beloved film’s carefree, joyful spirit.

At 9 Hennie Alberts Street, a floral-themed high tea offered a morning of bonding and creativity. Moms were treated to handcrafted cards, a painting activity where they created wooden flower photo holders with their children, and a selection of delightful treats.

“Every detail celebrated the love and appreciation we hold for the amazing women in our community,” said principal Sara Gomes.

At the prep school, learners from grades one to seven honoured their moms with a heartfelt gift – a beautifully compiled recipe book featuring family favourites and homemade treats, each contributed by the learners.

This thoughtful gesture, paired with a custom-engraved wooden spoon, made for a truly personal and memorable Mother’s Day keepsake.

At the School of Excellence, an enchanting Alice in Wonderland experience brought storybook magic to life. Moms and children created heart-shaped pottery keepsakes, indulged in whimsical tea party treats, and made memories to treasure forever.

“Across every campus, the day reflected Creative Academy’s spirit of creativity, connection, and celebration, honouring the incredible moms who are such a cherished part of our school family,” said principal Tarryn Botha.
