HS Dinamika golfers dominate EHSGU League with wins and provincial selections

Hoërskool Dinamika has enjoyed an outstanding 2025 season in the Ekurhuleni High School Golf Union (EHSGU) league, securing titles in both the B and C league divisions and celebrating individual selections for provincial trials.

The C league team, made up of Reegan Burgess, Riley Sinclair, Blake Sinclair, and Reinhardt van der Walt, won their local division with consistent teamwork and strong performances throughout the season.

In the B league, Marilé Hinds, Janneke Breytenbach, Tristan Ley, and Luan Bruyns not only won their local division but also claimed victory in the final EHSGU B league playoffs, held on May 26.

Their achievements continued as Marilé Hinds and Janneke Breytenbach were selected to compete in the EHSGU girls inter-provincial trials, scheduled for June 23.

In the highly competitive A league, Dinamika was represented by Lex Stegmann and André Kemp. Both players ranked in the top 24 at the end of the season, qualifying for the final playoffs.

Kemp finished 17th overall, while Stegmann placed eighth and earned selection to the EHSGU boys inter-provincial team, which will compete later this year.

These achievements highlight the depth and talent of Dinamika’s golf programme. The school congratulates all its players for their dedication and exceptional performance.
