Women-only martial arts seminar set to empower in Brackenhurst
Whether you are a seasoned fighter or a first-time beginner, this is your chance to train with top female instructors in a variety of styles. From kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, to Zumba and self-defence.
A dynamic women-only martial arts seminar titled The Beauty is a Beast is set to take place on July 26 at Bracken Park Community Hall in Albertsdal.
The unique multi-discipline event will feature expert instruction from some of the country’s top female martial arts instructors.
Participants will experience a full day of training in various disciplines, including kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, judo, karate, zumba, self-defence, Krav Maga and yoga.
The event is open to all female martial artists aged 14 and up, including beginners.
The seminar aims to empower women through fitness, discipline, and self-confidence.
Registration fee is R450 and includes all instruction and lunch. The first 80 women to register will also receive a goodie bag.
