Smiley Kids Albemarle brightens Mandela Day at Siyabonga Children’s Home
This year, Smiley Kids Albemarle continued its annual Mandela Day tradition by donating to Siyabonga Children’s Home, bringing joy, smiles, and much-needed support to the children.
In the spirit of Mandela Day, Smiley Kids Albemarle made their annual donation to Siyabonga Children’s Home this year, spreading smiles and hope to the children.
The donation was made possible thanks to the generous contributions of the Smiley Kids team, as well as the support of children and parents involved in the organisation’s initiatives.

At the handover, Susan Hawley and Makosi Njari from Smiley Kids Albemarle were joined by Venessa Radyn and Tyla Opperman from Siyabonga Children’s Home.
The Smiley Kids team, represented by Susan and Makosi, handed over the donation, which was warmly received by Venessa and Tyla from the children’s home.
The annual Mandela Day donation is part of Smiley Kids Albemarle’s ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and ensuring that children have access to the care and resources they need to thrive.
