Children and adults alike lined the roads as the Mondeor CPF Sector 2 Santa Bus Drive delivered smiles, treats and a strong sense of community.

Mondeor CPF Sector 2 recently hosted a Santa Bus Drive to spread Christmas cheer across the community.

Santa travelled through the area, handing out sweets and bringing smiles to both children and adults. Many families enjoyed the moment, stopping to take photos and share in the festive spirit.

Chairperson Shane Thaver said: “This initiative was about bringing people together and reminding everyone that kindness and community spirit are at the heart of the festive season.”

He added: “Seeing the joy on the children’s faces made all the hard work worthwhile.”

Mondeor CPF Sector 2 would like to thank Fox Security, TPS Security, SA Rangers, Odyssey Security, Guardian Security, Councillor Stuart Marais, Sasol Swartgoud, the CPF patrollers, and all the volunteers who gave their time and support to make the event a success.

The organisation also expressed sincere thanks to the Mondeor community for the overwhelming support. Families came out in large numbers, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

“Events like this show what can be achieved when a community stands together,” said Thaver. “It reminds us why community matters, not only during Christmas, but all year round.”
